FARMINGDALE – Dan Stein, Nate Ellis and Abby Spector won age-division championships at Kennebec Heights Country Club here Thursday in the 1994 Maine State Golf Association Junior Championship.
Stein, of J. W. Parks in Pittsfield, won the 16-17-year-old division by defeating Ryan Gall of Augusta 2-1 in match play.
Nate Ellis of Natanis beat Ian Sady of Dexter 2-up for the 14-15 championship.
Spector, of Waterville Country Club and the only girl in her division, won the 13-and-under title by defeating Charles Jordan of Martindale 4-2.
