TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – University of Maine javelin thrower Andrew Oliver missed a spot on the United States team for the World Junior Championships Friday when he finished fourth here at the USA Track and Field Junior National Championships. Oliver, from Derby, Vt., threw 192 feet, 11 inches. Ozzie Duncan of the University of Idaho won the with a toss of 207-1. The top two finishers make the World Junior team.
