OXFORD – Ricky Harrison of Freeport showed off the form he used to capture the division championship in 1992 by winning the 35-lap Late Model race at Oxford Plains Speedway Monday night.
It was only the second race back for Harrison who had been sidelined with a broken leg in a non-racing injury. Harrison raced on Friday night, but had been out since breaking his leg in late April.
Harrison held off challenges from Jim Preble of Readfield and Skip Hodgdon of Mechanic Falls to take the checkered flag.
