Piscataquis County Superior Court:

Scott Fair, 33, Dover-Foxcroft, charged with four counts of burglary and three counts of theft, pleaded guilty to four counts of burglary, to serve four years to the Department of Corrections on each count; two counts of burglary and two counts of theft, pleaded guilty to one count each of burglary and theft, to serve four years for the burglary charge and 30 days in jail on the theft charge. He also must pay up to $250 in restitution.
