Boy Scouts will distribute bags to homes and businesses Oct. 29. People are asked to donate high-energy canned foods or nonperishable foods that will be picked up on Nov. 5.

The collected food will be donated to the St. Thomas Aquinas Parish and will be distributed to the needy in Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets by the Knights of Columbus.

Anyone not personally contacted may make donations at the entrance of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church between Oct. 29 and Nov. 5.
