DOVER-FOXCROFT — The Piscataquis Soil and Water Conservation District will hold its annual meeting at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at the Guilford Valley Grange. The agenda will include recognition of the outstanding cooperator of the year, conservation educator of the year and individuals who have contributed to the district during the year. Guest speaker will be Charles Marshall of the Sportman’s Alliance of Maine.
