Allen leads Braves past Mules

SALEM, Mass. – Sophomore point guard Sue Ann Allen scored 19 points, dished off six assists, and grabbed eight rebounds, all game highs, to power the Husson College women’s basketball team to a 76-55 win over Colby in the Salem State Christmas Tournament Thursday.

Steph Shaw contributed 14 points and eight rebounds and Beth Miller had 13 points for the winners, who will face host Salem State in the 5 p.m. championship game Friday.

Amber Howard’s 17 points and eight rebounds paced Colby.
