BANGOR – Bangor’s man-to-man defense limited Lawrence of Fairfield to four points in the second quarter and 14 points in the second half as the unbeaten Rams rolled to a 69-30 schoolboy basketball win Friday night at Red Barry Gym.
Matt Kinney led the Rams with 20 points. Josh Jamieson tallied 14 and Danny Dahl tossed in 11.
The Bulldogs were led by sophomore Quinson Lancaster’s six points.

At Sawyer Arena in Bangor, Greg Chenard had a hat trick, and Brian Toussaint, Dominick Turgeon, and Brian Bouley each scored two goals to lift St. Dominic over Bangor.
Dave Langelier, Derek Coulomb, and Tim Hebert all added a goal to the winning effort.
For Bangor, Justin Payson scored a third-period goal assisted by Brock Soucie. Goalkeepers Ryan Norton and Jason Tuck stopped 28 out of the 40 shots they faced.
Adam Feldman and Chad Morin combined to save 17 out of 18 shots in goal for St. Dominic.
