DOVER-FOXCROFT — A 12-hour hunter safety course will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 25 and Saturday, April 1, at the Piscataquis Regional YMCA, sponsored by Piscataquis County 4-H.
The program is open to youths and adults. Youths must be 10 years old and youths ages 10-12 must be accompanied by an adult or parent. Volunteers and youths who are interested in the 4-H Shooting Sports program should take this course before starting the sports program.
Registration forms for the course are available at the Extension Office. Participants should bring a bag lunch and drink.
