BANGOR — A Hartland woman was hospitalized with a cut on her hand early Tuesday evening when the car she was a passenger in rolled over on Interstate 395 near the Farm Road exit in Bangor.

Tammy Faloon, 28, sustained a deep cut on her hand and was taken by ambulance to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor after the 7:25 p.m. crash, according to Bangor Police Officer Brian Veysey.

Veysey said Patricia Washburn, 35, of Skowhegan was headed toward Brewer when she lost control of her vehicle in an effort to make the exit. The car rolled onto its roof.

Washburn was able to crawl from the four-door 1989 Ford Tempo, and was not injured.

Veysey said Washburn was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
