HERMON — Nomination papers will be available at the Hermon Town Office during regular business hours beginning Friday, Oct. 6, for the council seat left vacant by the death of Robert E. Yackobitz.

Completed papers must be returned by 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24. The special election will be held on Nov. 7.
