The department has prepared a program and has contracts with five colleges and universities to serve as a clinical site. Under the program, a staff physical therapist works as a clinical instructor for as many as eight weeks, assigning student caseloads, teaching and evaluating, and helping the student put theory to practice.

Information is available from Maine Coast Memorial Hospital at 667-5311, Ext. 300, or from high school guidance departments.
