ROCKLAND — Postmaster Arey Bryant says the Rockland Post Office will be open until 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, and will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 24. The use of Express Mail will guarantee a parcel will be delivered on Christmas Day.
