DOVER-FOXCROFT — Two 15-year-old Dover-Foxcroft juveniles will each serve 50 hours of community service for shooting the windows out of five motor vehicles with BB’s last December.
Dover-Foxcroft Police Officer Ken Simpson said the two males had been shooting BB’s from a window in a West Main Street home toward vehicles that passed along the route.
As part of the informal adjustment through the juvenile system, the pair will reimburse the motorists for the window replacements, estimated at $2,000, and will write letters of apology to them.
Assisting Simpson in the case was Chief Dennis Dyer.
