BANGOR — The Parent Network, a local group of parents who want to improve communication among parents, children and the community, will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, at the YMCA, Hammond Street.

The featured speaker will be Peter Philips, mediation services coordinator for the Penquis Community Action Program. The topic of his speech will be “Let’s Talk — Parent to Parent.”
