CALAIS – Tim Pert doubled and hit a two-run homer to power Trenton to a 13-4 win over Calais in American Legion baseball Thursday evening.
Seth Cole and Derek Torrey each added two singles to the Acadians’ 14-hit attack.

At Hermon, Jessie LaCasse hit a three-run home run to lead Skowhegan to the win.
Mark Whaton, Luke Domarecki and Tim Willette each added two singles for the Logdrivers.
For Hermon, Adam Hunt hit a three-run homer and a single. Todd Tufts doubled and singled while Josh Morse and Brock Hartford each singled twice.

At Brewer, Jody Peak drove in three runs with a double and sacrifice fly to help the Falcons pick up their 10th win.
Don Sawyer hit three singles for Brewer and Jason Dority belted a two-run home run.

At Mansfield Stadium in Bangor, Mike Perry fashioned a six-hitter, striking out 14 along the way, to lead Old Town-Orono to the win.
Robey Rhoads paced the Twins with a single and a triple. Steve Osbornbe hit an RBI triple.
For Bangor, Josh Pressley hit two doubles and T.J. True hit two singles.
