HARRISBURG – Attorney Bill Troubh of Portland has been named as the ninth President of the Eastern League. Troubh has been a long-time resident of Portland and graduated from the University of Maine Law School. He will take over for John Leveneda and will assume day-to-day operations of the league on October 1.
