FORT KENT — A party, a soccer game, festival, alumni night and a brunch are all part of the University of Maine at Fort Kent’s Homecoming Weekend at Fort Kent, Friday through Sunday.
On Friday night, the Bengal’s Lair on campus will be the site of the homecoming lounge party. Empty Head will entertain, and a pageant for king and queen will be held between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m.
At 1 p.m. Saturday, UMFK will take on rival UM at Presque Isle in a soccer game at UMFK Alumni Field. There will be free food, refreshments and prizes.
The party will turn to Bee Jay’s Lounge Saturday night for an alumni night with the music of Smith and Jones.
On Sunday, past and present students will have a brunch at Nowland Hall from 11 a.m. to noon.
