ATKINSON — Two people were summoned on charges of possession of marijuana after they were allegedly caught smoking a joint in the rear of the Atkinson Learning Center.

Investigator Shawn Nelson of the Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Department said Phyllis Saunders, 20, of Milo was charged along with a 17-year-old female from Milo.
