Series: Maine leads 3-0

Key players: Maine – C Shawn Wansborough (5 goals, 13 assists), RW Steve Kariya (8 & 9), RW Cory Larose (4 & 12), LW Scott Parmentier (10 & 1), D Jason Mansoff (4 & 5), G Javier Gorriti (2-1-0 record, 2.86 goals-against average, .878 save percentage), G Alfie Michaud (5-6-1, 3.84, .832); Dalhousie – LW Ted Naylor (4 & 14), RW Luke Naylor (10 & 7), C Chad Kalmakoff (8 & 9), D Martin Lapointe (6 & 12), RW David Haynes (4 & 4), G Fred Corkum (5-1, 3.34, .890)

Outlook: Dalhousie is very quick and explosive and has knocked off two of Canada’s top 10-ranked teams on the road in No. 1 Acadia and No. 8 St. Francis Xavier. The Tiger power play is operating at an impressive 32.5 percent. Both teams have high-powered lines featuring their leading scorers as Kalmakoff centers for the Naylor twins while Wansborough, Parmentier, and Kariya are linemates. However, assistant Grant Standbrook, who will be guiding the team, has moved Wansborough to center and Kariya back to the wing. Dalhousie has 14 players in their first year with the program. Lapointe is a former Maine recruit. Parmentier has six goals in his last six games.
