Furious comeback gets Nokomis by Caribou in OT

NEWPORT – Scott Raymond scored 40 points for Caribou, but the Nokomis Warriors of Newport used a balanced offense to edge the Vikings 78-75 in double overtime Saturday.

The Warrior came back from a 16-point deficit in the second quarter to force overtime

Robson Fernandes led with 15, Nate Boulanger scored 11, Danny Leadbetter had 13 and Spencer Day netted 10 for Nokomis.

Steve Griffeth added 10 for Caribou.
