EAST CORINTH – Lindsay Goulette nailed a 10-foot jumper with seven seconds left to give Piscataquis Community of Guilford a 52-51 schoolgirl basketball victory against Central Tuesday.

Goulette finished with 26 points for the Pirates, who trailed by as much as nine points in the fourth quarter, while Darby Smiley tossed in 10.

Sarah Matulis netted 11 and Jen Greatorex 10 for Central. Val Rozelle had nine points and 10 rebounds.
