WISCASSET – Woolwich’s Scott Chubbuck used a bit of trickery late in the race to edge Peter Melanson of St. Albans in the Pro-Stock feature at Wiscasset Raceway Saturday night.
With seven laps to go Chubbuck made a move around a lapped car to steal the lead from Chris Faulkingham of Bath who settled for third. Jim Kaler was fourth and John Clark finished in fifth.

Taylor, Robbins win Barq’s Twins
At Oxford Plains Speedway, Farmington’s Jeff Taylor and Scott Robbins of Dixfield each earned themselves a win at the Barq’s Twin 100 on Sunday.
Taylor, the winner of four consecutive Pro Stock driving championships at Oxford Plains, took the lead on lap 52 and never looked back. Robbins finds himself in the winners’ circle for the first time in three years after taking control of the lead at the halfway point of the wreck-strewn event.
