Knox County Superior Court:
ROCKLAND — Justice John R. Atwood handed down the following sentences in Knox County Superior Court recently.
Lawrence R. Wadsworth, 30, of Vinalhaven received six months in jail with all but 14 days suspended, one year probation and $1,000 restitution after pleading guilty to the theft of an antique bronze bell cast in 1835 from John Stevens of Vinalhaven last December. Wadsdworth received concurrent 14 day jail terms on charges of criminal mischief and driving to endanger that stemmed from an incident when he crashed his 1986 Buick into a Vinalhaven building.
Travis R. Emerson, 23, of Thomaston, criminal mischief for driving his vehicle across the lawn at the Shore Village Nursing Home in Rockland last October, $1,000 and $1,463 restitution; operating after suspension, $150 and operating an unregistered vehicle, $100.
Heath R. Smith, 18, of Thomaston, obstruction government administration, $200; assault on Thomaston police officer Mark Ames, dismissed.
Steven Robinson, 29, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, $200.
Richard K. Goehry, 46, of Owls Head, operating while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, seven days in jail, $600 and license suspended for 18 months.
Shannon P. Condon, 26, of Washington, operating after suspension, 60 days in jail and $234; driving to endanger, concurrent 60 day jail sentence; criminal mischief, not guilty.
Daniel R. Roy, 41, of Thomaston, possession of four undersized lobsters, $65.
Craig L. Davis Jr., 18, of Waldoboro, operating while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, seven days in jail, $800 and license suspended for 18 months; operating beyond license restriction, dismissed.
Geoffrey H. Plunkett, 19, of Brunswick, failure to display diver-down flag while diving, $75.
Edward H. Witham, 25, of Somerville, operating after revocation, 75 days in jail and $25; operating after revocation, concurrent 30 day jail term; operating an unregistered vehicle, dismissed.
Robert Littlejohn, 32, of Rockland, operating while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, four years probation, $2,000 and license suspended for six years; two counts of operating after revocation, concurrent five year suspended prison term, four years probation and $25 on each count.
Harold R. Tarbox, 32, Cushing, digging clams in a closed area, $300.
Donald E. Simmons Jr., 31, of Cushing, digging clams in a closed area, $300.
Scott D. Harjula, 38, of Warren, possession of four undersized lobsters, $65.
Hollis H. Duswald, 19, of Rockland, operating after suspension, $200; violation of conditions of release, $200.
