BANGOR – Mid-Maine edged Wicks 4-3 Monday night to advance to the championship round in Eastern Maine Amateur Baseball League playoff action at Mansfield Stadium.
Wicks will take on Downeast in an elimination game tonight at 7:30 and Mid-Maine will play the winner Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m.
Adam Salley singled twice with an RBI for Mid-Maine. Adam Fitzpatrick added two singles.
For Wicks, pitcher Marc Halstead doubled and singled with an RBI and Evan Stinson singled twice.
