LAWRENCE, Mass. – Hockey East commissioner Joe Bertgana announced on Monday that Ed Saunders has been named the new director of media relations for the Hockey East Association. Saunders replaces Ed McLaughlin, who was recently named Merrimac College’s assistant athletic director. Saunders is a 1997 University of New Hampshire graduate.
