BANGOR — Community Health and Counseling Services adult mental health advisory committee will hold an informal meeting Oct. 9 at 5:15 p.m. at the CHCS building, 42 Cedar St.

The meeting is to discuss how an individual support plan can benefit the treatment process. Staff, consumers and representatives from the Department of Menatal Health and Mental Retardation, Substance Abuse Services will be present for questions and discussion.
