UNION — The Seventh Masonic District Association of Rockport will hold a benefit Saturday for Union Lodge 31, whose hall was destroyed by a fire on Aug. 17.

From 4 to 7 p.m., masons and friends will gather at the Thompson Memorial Building in Union for a barbecued rib dinner. Dancing, a silent auction and a live auction will follow.

All proceeds will go to the building fund of Union Lodge 31, the last lodge in Maine to be chartered under the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts in 1820.
