Grover scores 28 to power Buck win

BUCKSPORT – Christy Grover scored 28 points and blocked eight shots as the Bucksport defeated George Stevens Academy 47-42 in girls basketball action Tuesday.

Bucksport’s Kara Henderson had eight steals and Maggie Kropp added eight points.

For George Stevens of Blue Hill, Lora Trenkle chipped in 14 points and Mandi Allen scored 12.
