So an Oakland woman is going to get four days in jail, one year probation and a $400 fine for allowing her dog to freeze to the ice. That’s really going to teach her a lesson. I just wonder how long that poor animal suffered. I bet it was a lot longer than four days.

I have health problems of my own, but my animals are always well cared for — either by me or someone else.

So let her come up with another excuse as to why she let the dog she supposedly loved so much freeze to the ice. Peggy Drinkwater Glenburn
