Outlook: It looks like the weather will cooperate with the Black Bears on Saturday, but electricity remains a question mark as Orono was still without power late Friday afternoon. The superbly balanced Blue Hens will present an interesting challenge for the Bears. All five Delaware starters are scoring in double figures, and all must be guarded by UMaine. The Blue Hens like to go with a smaller, quicker lineup, and will spend much of the time with a couple of 6-foot-6 players surrounded by guards. That’s OK with Maine, which always runs three guards at opponents. Despite a loss to UNH on Thursday, the Blue Hens were nipped by Drexel on the road, and nearly knocked off Virginia at home.
