Ashby leads Raiders over Devils

CALAIS – Brandon Ashby scored 28 points in the second half to lead the Washington Academy boys basketball team to a 76-70 comeback victory over Calais Wednesday.

Ashby finished with 43 points. Josh Ramsdell added 11 for the Raiders of East Machias.

Nathan Holst tossed 23 for Calais, while Shaun Dow contributed 13 and Ryan Fox added 10.
