Outlook: The Bears dive into their America East schedule against four-time defending regular-season champion Delaware, the favorite in the preseason coaches poll. The Blue Hens have won at least 41 games in each of the last four seasons. Maine’s pitching staff must contend with a Delaware lineup that’s hitting .341 with 27 home runs. And the Hens, winners of six straight, have stolen 37 bases in 41 tries. Delaware swept two games at Orono last season.
