BIW talk to focus on business links

BANGOR — Area businesses are invited to attend a free seminar, “How to do business with Bath Iron Works,” from 1 to 3 p.m. on April 9 at the Four Points Sheraton, 308 Godfrey Road.

Bill Kimbrough of BIW will present information and answer questions on: BIW’s procurement policies; types of materials and services purchased by BIW; how to initiate contact with BIW’s purchasing department; and R & D-Technology partnerships and opportunities.
