BAR HARBOR — A free public lecture by nationally known stained-glass window restoration expert Arthur J. Femenella will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, at St. Saviour’s Episcopal Church, 41 Mt. Desert St., Bar Harbor.

Femenella will describe the procedures involved in restoring stained-glass windows, show a series of slides, and answer questions regarding his current restoration work at St. Savior’s.

Femenella, of Femenella Studios in Annandale, N.J., will be in Bar Harbor April 27 to May 2, conducting a window restoration workshop at St. Savior’s Church. Stained-glass professionals from around the country will participate in the workshop, which will restore several of the church’s windows.
