Does it make sense to anyone why the governor — proponent of economic development of the nether regions off the I-95 corridor — would choose a McDonald’s restaurant in Portland over, say, Ellsworth or Machias or somewhere near Maine blueberry country, to launch the “Great ’98 Maine (and New Brunswick) Blueberry Campaign”?
