BELFAST – Nate Hall hit a solo homer in the fourth and added a two-run homer in the fifth as Waldo County cruised to a 12-4 win over Trenton in American Legion baseball action Monday.

Ryan Maheux and Josh Pooler each singled twice and hit solo homers for the winners. Joah Peck and Jon Moro each singled three times.

Mike Sirois hit a two-run homer for Trenton in the second.

At Orono, Darrin Daniels hit a solo homer in the first inning and Jamie Cote struck out six to earn the win for Orono.

Jamie Kennedy doubled and singled in the winning effort. David Means hit an RBI single in the fourth and Aaron Civielle added a single and an RBI on a sacrifice fly.

Wes Sands doubled twice for Hermon and Matt Cox hit a two-run single in the sixth inning. Calvin Teixara singled twice.
