Hole-in-One DAVID BALLEW

PALMYRA – David Ballew of Clinton used an 8-iron to ace the 140-yard eighth hole at the Palmyra Golf Course Tuesday. Ballew’s feat was witnessed by his son Kevin. It was Ballew’s fourth lifetime hole-in-one.

ORONO – Dick Cattelle used a 7-iron to ace the 143-yard fourth hole at Penobscot Valley Country Club Thursday. Paul Hughes, Jay Benton and Carroll Hardy witnessed the shot.
