The day hwas finnlly arrived: Kenneth Starr’s notes have been delivered to Capitol Hill. I wonder if the quantity — box after box — should make one question the quality of papers so zealously guarded during the delivery? Could it be a plan to tie up our lawmakers so they are useless to perform the day-to-day affairs of state?

There seems to be a lack of investigation into Monica Lewinsky’s past contact and behavior with males. Did she ever stalk other men or any man? Was any other dress saved from the cleaners for a future purpose? Was this part of an arranged plan or just a slovenly habit? How did she manage to be in the front row of large crowds as seen so many times on national television?

I wonder how many 50-ish men, currently acting as judge and jury, could withstand the questioning and accusationst being faced by Clinton and be found innocent? I read a certain amount of pleasure into the compouse of Starr and Sen. Henry Hyde. Robert D. Eveleth Bar Harbor
