Engineering firm to expand operations

AUGUSTA — Paul Lindberg, owner of Lindberg Engineering Inc., a mechanical engineering consulting firm at 99 Western Ave. in Augusta, announced recently the launch of Lindberg Architectural Products Inc., a manufacturing company.

Lindberg Architectural will make custom metal and wood building components and building furnishings incorporating reinforced art glass panels. According to Lindberg, these components and furnishings will include skylights, exterior entrance canopies, fixed wall sections and movable partitions. Lindberg hopes to begin manufacturing before the end of the year.

Lindberg is in need of approximately 5,000 square feet of industrial space and is looking in the Greater Augusta-Waterville area along the Interstate 95 corridor.
