MACHIAS — A financial aid workshop for parents and their senior children considering enrolling in education beyond high school will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at Washington Academy.

Elizabeth Love, the guidance counselor, will be host of the meeting.

A representative from the Finance Authority of Maine also will be on hand to answer questions. Anyone involved in applying for financial aid for postsecondary education is welcome to attend this meeting and to take advantage of having someone answer questions about the forms or procedures.
