Restitution of $1,563.53.

Wade A. Swett, 40, Unity, assault and theft, concurrent 364-day jail sentences with all but 90 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $313.98. A charge of burglary was dismissed.

Sharon F. Robbins, 34, Belfast, operating while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, license suspended for 90 days; operating after suspension, $300.

Dana R. Batchelder, 46, Belfast, operating while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, $1,000, one year probation and license suspended four years.
