We also have a correction to make from the Santa’s Helper story from Dec. 10. We wrote that Harri and Ben of Hermon and Beatrice of Carmel donated $100. That entry was incorrect. We apologize for this mistaken identity. The correct acknowledgement is to Bea and Ham of Hermon who donated $100.
Thank you again for your generosity. We have only $17,139 left to collect to reach our goal of $40,000. The Salvation Army is very excited to see your outpouring of gifts this season. It will be a record year for the Santa’s Helper Fund, if we reach our goal. Thanks to your contributions, success is within our reach!
Please send your donation to Santa’s Helper Fund, P.O. Box 1329, Bangor 04402-1329. All donations will be acknowledged in the Bangor Daily News unless anonymity is requested.
