Outlook: The Bears move into the America East schedule in earnest against the Terriers. Maine seeks more consistency, especially on defense. The Bears are building depth as their bench players, including Kelly Bowman and Chantal Macream, learn their roles. BU, loser of three straight, is coming off Saturday’s loss at New Hampshire. The Terriers feature a versatile post player in Dixon, but they may have trouble matching up inside against Cassidy and Tinklova. Maine must control the rebounding to fuel its fast break. BU ranks last in the league in scoring defense (77.1 ppg) and field goal percentage defense (.464).
