As a math teacher for many years, I can’t help but notice the vast range of gasoline prices in the Bangor-Brewer area. In Bangor alone at one station, you can fill up at 89 cents. If you travel east 1 5/8 miles, the price goes up to 97 cents. The same situation occurs in Brewer on the gas strip (Wilson Street).
In the past years the lowest prices have always been in Brewer. Then, if one travels to Winterport, the price is always less than the Greater Bangor-Brewer area.
