MACHIAS — An occupational therapist will help explain the Americans With Disabilities Act for guests and members of the Machias Bay Area Chamber of Commerce this week.

Kelly McTague’s presentation will be part of a business breakfast to be held at 8 a.m. Friday, April 2, at the Blue Bird Ranch Restaurant in Machias.

The discussion will focus on the public accommodation segment of the disabilities law. Building specifications, changes and tax deductions will be reviewed. Access design services and financing opportunities also will be covered.
