AUGUSTA — The 19th annual Construction Expo of Maine, the state’s largest construction trade show, will held noon-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at the Augusta Civic Center. The show will feature seminars both days and more than 200 indoor and outdoor exhibits.

Highlights will be a construction rodeo by the southern Maine chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and a construction games event by the Eastern Maine NAWIC.

Proceeds from the show support the NAWIC scholarship program, which has helped more than 75 young men and women from Maine who are pursuing construction-related fields of study. The scholarships are sustaining and funded for up to four consecutive years. For information call Charlotte Eastman at 622-3068.
