Outlook: The Black Bears are out to get back on the winning track after a disappointing 0-4 weekend against Towson. Maine would like to get the bats pinging consistenty heading into an important four-game weekend series against Northeastern. The Braves, coming off a 7-6 loss to Colby on Tuesday, have been showing signs of improvement while winning six of their last eight. Husson has been plagued by injuries and attrition. Maine looks for another strong start from Cochran, who was outstanding last week against Colby.
