A Bangor District Court notice in Tuesday’s Maine Day incorrectly listed Daniel Buck of Brewer as being fined and jailed on an assault charge. Buck was fined for forgery, court records show, but was not charged with assault. Buck pleaded guilty to theft by unauthorized taking and was fined $400. Matthew Hebert of Bangor pleaded guilty to the assault charge and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with all but 10 suspended.
