PORTLAND – The Boston Bruins, led by captain Ray Bourque, and Montreal Canadiens, who recently signed University of Maine alumnus Eric Weinrich, will play an exhibition game Thursday night.

The game will start at 7:05 p.m. at the Cumberland County Civic Center. Tickts are $19 and $25.

Weinrich, who also played at North Yarmouth Academy, is one of two Canadiens with a Maine connection. Montreal coach Alain Vigneault was a member of the 1983-84 Calder Cup champion Maine Mariners. Lewiston native Rene Rancourt will sing the American and Canadian anthems before the game.
